Product Description: Prime pressed cocoa butter has been mechanically pressed from properly roasted, winnowed and milled blended chocolate nibs. Subsequent to pressing the butter is centrifuged to remove any remaining solids. The cocoa butter is deodorized by use of superheated steam under vacuum to reduce, but not completely remove flavor.
