Product Description: We make this savory Balsamic Vinegar with our 8 Star Balsamic from Modena Italy, giving it a tarter sensory experience, complimenting the heat of the Jalapeno and the richness of the fig. First quality wines and grape musts produced in Italian traditionally cultivated vines, particularly from Trebbiano, Lambrusco, our 8 Star Balsamic Vinegar is manufactured with traditional methods and techniques, the strictest controls and state of the art technology.
