Product Description: Made with Pure olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic and herbs. It shall be free of adulterants, extraneous materials or additives, excepts as noted.

  • Purity: Free of residue (B refined) or re-esterified oils.
  • Texture: Thin liquid, crunchy particulates.
  • Shelf Life: 18 months under normal conditions.
  • Aroma - No off-odors or odors of rancidity.
  • Fry Test: Must remain free of any off odors or rancidity after heating to 177 C and cooling.
  • Solidify Point - 30 F - 50 F
  • Absorption in Ultra-Violet - 0.9 at 270nm
  • Flash Point - 467 F
