Product Description: A blend of pure olive oil and dry herbs. It shall be free of adulterants, extraneous materials or additives, except as noted below.

  • Free of residue (B refined) or re-esterified oils. Must meet all codex Alimentarius standards.
  • Flash Point: 467 F
  • Fire Point: 650 F
  • Solidify Point: 30 F - 50F
  • Fry Test: Must remain free of any off odors or rancidity after heating to 177 C and cooling.
  • Absortion in Ultra-Violet: .09 at 270 nm
