Product Description: A fully refined peanut oil which has been bleached and deodorized to produce oil with clarity of color, blandness, purity, and uniformity to meet a wide variety of food uses. It is obtained from the kernel of the peanut plant by mechanical expression or solvent extraction.

Applications For Product: An excellent high stability oil for frying, it is the preferred frying medium of many snack and institutional frying applications. Its resistance to rancidity makes it an ideal frying oil when shelf of packaged fried food is important. It exhibits strong resistance to high temperatures, gunning, and odor absorption.
