4 Star Balsamic Vinegar


Product Description: 4 Star Balsamic Vinegar represents some of the youngest balsamic made. It is typically a dark brunette color with an intense aroma of the grapes. Its pungent quality adds a balance of sweet and sour flavor to salads and grilled vegetables. It is commonly reduced over heat to create a wonderful reduction for special sauces. First quality wines and grape musts produced in Italian traditional vines, particularly from Trebbiano, Lambrusco, etc. qualities white and red wines.
